Each book is made once, for one reader. Because it is a bespoke object — written, painted, and pressed for a single name — we don't accept returns for changes of mind.

If your book arrives damaged in shipping or with a manufacturing defect, we replace it free of charge — just email hello@sundayfawn.com with a photo within 30 days of delivery.

The brief stage is where we get it right. Read the proof carefully before you approve it. Once the press runs, the file is closed.
