Terms of Service

You must be 18 or older to create an account, place an order, or submit materials to the press. If you send us someone else's name, likeness, or other personal details, you confirm that you have the right to do so.

The book you receive is yours to read, keep, and share for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not resell, sublicense, mass-reproduce, or use the finished work as part of a commercial product without our written permission.

Each edition is made to order. Once production begins, an order cannot be canceled. If your order includes a proof stage, you are responsible for reviewing it carefully before approval. If a book arrives damaged, misbound, or materially different from the approved proof, contact us within 14 days and we will review it under our Returns Policy.

You retain rights in the photos, names, notes, and other materials you submit. You give sundayfawn a limited license to use those materials only to prepare, produce, fulfill, support, and, where necessary, resolve issues with your order.

Please use sundayfawn lawfully and with permission from the people represented in the materials you submit. Do not use the site to:

• Create unlawful, abusive, defamatory, hateful, or sexually explicit material.
• Upload photos or details you do not have the right to share.
• Interfere with the security or normal operation of the site.
• Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy the service beyond ordinary personal use.
• Use the press in a way that infringes someone else's rights.

We may review de-identified usage patterns, fulfillment timing, and support issues to improve the site and the operation of the press. We do not publish or use your submitted materials in marketing without permission.

We aim to keep sundayfawn available and orderly, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. Maintenance, delays, or third-party outages may affect access or timing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the site or an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in California, and you consent to that venue.

We may update these terms from time to time. If the changes are material, we will post the revised version here, update the effective date above, and provide notice when the law requires it.
